Join a leading Healthcare Communications & Events Firm as a Remote Conference Coordinator and help organize high-quality webinars, online symposiums, and virtual medical conferences for healthcare professionals.

Position: Remote Conference Coordinator – Healthcare Webinars

Location: Remote (U.S.)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–4 Years in Event Coordination, Webinar Management, or Healthcare Communications

Salary Range: $60,000–$75,000 per year + Benefits + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate live and pre-recorded healthcare webinars and virtual conferences


• Work closely with medical experts, speakers, and moderators to prepare presentations and materials


• Manage event registration, attendee communication, and technical setup


• Operate webinar platforms (Zoom Webinar, Webex Events, ON24, GoToWebinar, etc.) during live sessions


• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and continuing education (CE/CME) requirements


• Oversee post-event follow-up including survey distribution, analytics, and certificate issuance


• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide real-time event support


• Maintain detailed project timelines and status reports for multiple events

Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field


• Prior experience coordinating virtual events, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences sector


• Strong knowledge of webinar and virtual conference platforms


• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines


• Understanding of medical terminology and CE/CME guidelines is a plus
