🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Read and analyze patient charts, discharge summaries, and medical reports
- Assign appropriate ICD and CPT codes for insurance billing
- Maintain high accuracy and compliance standards
- Meet daily productivity and turnaround time targets
- Work closely with team leads and QA for error reduction
🕒 Work Hours:
- Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)
- Fixed weekends off
- Remote onboarding and training support provided
