Job Title: Senior Medical Coder – US Healthcare Projects

Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid or Remote options available)

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000/month (Based on experience & certifications)

Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Senior Medical Coders to work on US healthcare projects. The role involves advanced coding assignments, compliance review, and mentorship for junior coders. Suitable for professionals with a strong background in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding and hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign accurate and compliant medical codes to diagnoses and procedures for outpatient/inpatient charts
Perform audits and quality checks of coded data to ensure accuracy and adherence to payer-specific guidelines
Collaborate with physicians, auditors, and billing teams to clarify documentation
Support client-specific coding projects with high turnaround and accuracy
Mentor junior coders and provide guidance on coding standards and updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field
3–5 years of experience in medical coding (specialty: ED, IPDRG, Surgery, Radiology, etc.)
Certified by AAPC or AHIMA (CPC, CCS, or equivalent – mandatory)
Proficient in EMR/EHR systems and familiar with US healthcare regulations (HIPAA, CMS, etc.)
Strong communication and reporting skills

Work Details:

Shift: Day or Night (based on client)
Location: Delhi NCR (Remote/hybrid available)
Weekends Off (as per client schedule)
Tools and system access provided
