Job Overview: We are hiring Medical Billing and Coding Specialists to support healthcare clients in accurate claim processing and reimbursement. Ideal for candidates with a background in life sciences, medical coding training, or prior experience in US healthcare billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret patient records to assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure coding is compliant with payer guidelines and internal policies
• Handle charge entry, payment posting, denial management, and appeals
• Collaborate with team leads and QA specialists for error reduction
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks as per project requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields
• CPC certification (preferred, not mandatory for freshers)
• 0–2 years of experience in medical billing or coding (freshers with training can apply)
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must have a computer/laptop with stable internet connection

Work Details:

• Work-from-home opportunity
