Job Title: Medical Coding Trainee Industry: Healthcare / Medical Coding / RCM

Location: Remote (Candidates from Delhi Preferred)

Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (During Training & Initial Deployment)

Overview: We are hiring Medical Coding Trainees from Life Sciences or Pharma backgrounds to join our growing team. Freshers will be trained in ICD-10, CPT, and US healthcare compliance with an aim to deploy them on live projects for international clients.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BPT / BDS / Nursing / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Zoology / Botany
Year of Passing: 2020 – 2025
Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Good communication skills in English
Must have a laptop/desktop with internet for remote training and assessments
Delhi/NCR candidates preferred for future on-site deployment options

Job Role:

Undergo intensive medical coding training (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
Work with trainers on practice charts and mock audits
Learn about US healthcare processes, HIPAA, and payer policies
Get deployed on live international projects upon successful training completion
Ensure coding quality, accuracy, and client guidelines adherence

Training Details:

Duration: 4 to 6 weeks (paid/unpaid depending on company)
Mode: Online (Live + LMS-based learning)
Evaluation through weekly tests, case studies, and mock assessments
Certificate provided after training completion
