Key Responsibilities



  • Enter and update patient medical records, treatment plans, and billing information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

  • Review and verify medical data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.

  • Assist in generating reports, charts, and summaries of medical data as requested by management.

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to clarify data discrepancies.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with healthcare standards.

  • Support other administrative tasks as required by the department.




Required Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in healthcare administration or medical coding is a plus.

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and medical record management software.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive patient data.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.




Experience



  • Previous experience in medical data entry, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and medical terminology is an advantage.

  • Experience in a fast-paced healthcare or office environment will be considered a plus.




Working Hours



  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
