Job Summary:
Amazon is seeking a Virtual Shipping and Delivery Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to shipping, delivery, and tracking. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate recurring issues to management.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with customers.
- Basic problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- High attention to detail and ability to track multiple customer issues simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Amazons internal tools, including but not limited to, shipping and tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working with technology and troubleshooting basic software or hardware issues.
Experience:
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or delivery-related roles is a plus.
- Previous work in a remote setting or virtual environment is advantageous.
Working Hours:
- Full-time and part-time shifts available, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on customer demand.
- Shifts will be assigned based on availability, with the opportunity to adjust hours to accommodate personal schedules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Amazons shipping processes and delivery systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems used in shipping and delivery support.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
