Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, especially in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.

Working Hours
This is an evening shift position, typically from 3 PM to 11 PM, with flexibility required based on business needs. Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
