Job Summary:
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a freelance, remote basis. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in our sales strategy by identifying and generating new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce Houston Skilled Consultancys services and gauge interest.
- Qualification: Assess the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability and readiness for the sales process.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in our CRM system.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role.
- Experience in a freelance or remote work environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the consultancy industry is an advantage.
Working Hours:
- Flexible working hours with a commitment of approximately 20-30 hours per week.
- Must be available for meetings and communication during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM CST).
