Job Summary:

Disney, one of the worlds leading entertainment companies, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier talent for various positions within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for senior-level, technical, and specialized roles across multiple departments.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and desired candidate profiles.

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.

  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Advise and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to best practices and efficient recruitment operations.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.

  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to support organizational growth and diversity initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on senior, executive, or specialized roles.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview strategies.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS software, and other recruitment tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organization.

  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in utilizing recruitment data to drive decision-making.

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is preferred.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and technical positions.

  • Previous experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus, but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from creative and technical to corporate and executive positions.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.


Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
