Culture and Diversity: Promote and foster a diverse and inclusive culture, ensuring that Disneys core values are reflected in day-to-day operations.
Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs that empower managers and employees to thrive in a remote-first organization.
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Proven HR Leadership: 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within large-scale, remote organizations.
Expert Knowledge of Remote Work: Deep understanding of remote work dynamics, virtual team management, and remote workforce best practices.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across multiple channels and with diverse teams, including executive leadership.
Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive organizational success.
Change Management Expertise: Experience managing large-scale organizational change and leading through ambiguity.

This is a full-time, remote position. Working hours are flexible, but alignment with core business hours (PST) is required.
