Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, or PHR) are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients effectively.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.

• Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or a generalist HR role.

• Experience working with multiple clients or industries is an advantage.
