Key Responsibilities:
• Addressing and resolving desktop-level repair tickets promptly
• Conducting proactive maintenance on client computer systems
• Managing monitoring systems and alerts, and refining alert thresholds as needed
• Oversight of client Office 365 licenses and subscriptions, including updating license reports
• Remote service ticket resolution and project management
Desired Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and documentation
• Strong customer service orientation, with daily client communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively in both team and independent settings
• Proficiency in working with ticketing and dispatch systems like ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, or similar platforms
