Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in software support, technical customer service, or IT helpdesk roles.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze software issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Proficiency in remote troubleshooting tools and software diagnostic techniques.

• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and cloud-based applications.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a software support or technical customer service role.

• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.

• Background in SaaS or enterprise software support is advantageous.
