Leadership & Team Management:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to global teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within sales and talent acquisition.

  • Strong global market knowledge with expertise in sales and recruitment strategies.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
