Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Loan & Mortgage Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting clients through the loan and mortgage process, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless experience. As part of our financial support team, you will work closely with customers, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate loan applications, verify documentation, and address inquiries in a professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with loan and mortgage applications, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

• Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries regarding loan options, application status, and mortgage terms.

• Review and verify financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

• Liaise between clients and lenders to facilitate smooth loan approvals and disbursements.

• Educate clients on loan terms, interest rates, repayment plans, and other financial aspects.

• Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and confidentiality.

• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

• Stay updated on industry trends, mortgage regulations, and financial products.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong understanding of loan and mortgage processes, including documentation and underwriting principles.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to assisting clients.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage support, financial customer service, or a related field.

• Previous experience in an online or remote support role is a plus.

• Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST).

• Some evening or weekend availability may be required based on client needs.
