Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with loan and mortgage applications, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.

  • Review and verify financial documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Liaise between clients and lenders to facilitate smooth loan approvals and disbursements.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, financial software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan processing, mortgage support, financial customer service, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in an online or remote support role is a plus.

  • Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards is highly desirable.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (CST).

  • Some evening or weekend availability may be required based on client needs.
