Key Responsibilities

• Perform a range of massage therapies, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and hot stone massages.

• Provide facials, body scrubs, and other spa treatments based on client needs and spa offerings.

• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments for relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment in accordance with hygiene and sanitation standards.

• Ensure proper use of spa equipment and products to provide high-quality services.

• Educate clients on aftercare, wellness tips, and suitable spa products.

• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and best practices in spa and wellness treatments.

• Work closely with other spa professionals to create a seamless and luxurious experience for all guests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of different massage techniques and spa treatments.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to create a relaxing and comfortable environment for clients.

• Professional attitude with a focus on hygiene and client safety.

• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

• Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs.

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Spa & Massage Therapist in a reputable spa, wellness center, or hotel.

• Experience in working with an international clientele is an advantage.

• Knowledge of traditional and modern spa treatments is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Standard working hours: 40-48 hours per week (varies based on business needs).

• Rotational shifts to ensure a balanced workload.
