Key Responsibilities

• Provide a range of beauty services, including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, and other skin and body treatments.

• Advise clients on skincare, beauty treatments, and aftercare recommendations.

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of all equipment and work areas following salon standards.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

• Promote salon services and products to enhance the customer experience.

• Work effectively within a team to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow all salon safety protocols and ensure a relaxing atmosphere for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.

• Expertise in beauty treatments such as facials, waxing, threading, and nail care.

• Strong knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and beauty techniques.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Professional, friendly, and well-groomed appearance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end salon environment.

Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist in a salon or spa.

• Prior experience working with an international clientele is a plus.

• Experience with advanced skincare treatments or specialized beauty services will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• 6-day work week with flexible shifts.

• Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on salon operations.
