Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hairstyling, cutting, coloring, and treatments for clients.

• Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable styles.

• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

• Ensure exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.

• Train and mentor junior hairdressers and apprentices.

• Recommend professional hair care products to clients to enhance their hair maintenance routine.

• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and luxury experience for clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Professional certification or diploma in Hairdressing from a recognized institution.

• Extensive knowledge of hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.

• Expertise in hair treatments, including keratin, rebonding, and deep conditioning.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-end salon environment.

• Knowledge of various hair types and textures.

• Creativity and an eye for detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional hairdresser in a high-end salon.

• Experience working with luxury clientele is a strong advantage.

• Prior experience in mentoring or training junior hairdressers is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with a flexible work schedule based on salon hours.

• May include weekends and public holidays, depending on client bookings.
