In this role, you will be the voice of Chewy, providing world-class customer support while assisting pet parents with their orders, concerns, and questions. Your mission is to create positive, memorable experiences and ensure customer satisfaction, all while working remotely from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, including order concerns, returns, shipping inquiries, and product recommendations.
- Exhibit empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to build trust and loyalty with customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently assist customers with Chewys range of products and services.
- Follow internal processes and policies to ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure complex issues are resolved swiftly.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction scores, response time, and resolution rates.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, web-based applications, and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Experience
- Previous customer service experience (retail, e-commerce, call center, or similar) preferred.
