Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Healthcare Customer Service Associate to join our team for the night shift. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our healthcare clients, providing support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring that patients receive exceptional service. You will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, helping to bridge the gap between patients and healthcare providers with compassion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding medical services, appointments, billing inquiries, and healthcare plans.
- Resolve customer concerns and questions efficiently while adhering to healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Provide accurate information on services, coverage, and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system accurately and in real time.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including clinical and administrative departments, to facilitate patient care.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, and adherence metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Ability to multitask and navigate various computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
- Experience handling confidential information and knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations is highly desirable.
- Previous remote work experience is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (your local time), Monday through Friday.
- Occasional weekend and holiday shifts may be required, depending on business needs.

- Proficiency in CRM software, call center systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
