Job Summary:
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Order Processing Executive to join our dynamic E-commerce Support team. As an essential part of our operations, you will manage end-to-end order processing for our online clients, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer orders received through various e-commerce platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Address customer queries related to order status, shipping, returns, and refunds via email or chat support.
- Update and maintain accurate records of transactions, order tracking, and inventory systems.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Generate regular reports on order trends, fulfillment rates, and operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain data confidentiality in all order processing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and order management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, e-commerce operations, or customer support.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (logistics, sales, and customer service) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with international shipping processes and customs documentation is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible working hours based on project requirements and time zones).
- Occasional weekend availability may be required during peak seasons.
