Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this non-IT role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving queries through live chat support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
• Resolve customer issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding users through processes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or chat support role (remote experience preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Flexible shifts available, including weekdays and weekends.
• Rotational shifts to cover different time zones may be required.
