Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Remote Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining Houston Skilled Consultancys high service standards, all while working from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Guide customers through our services, policies, and procedures.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues to management.
- Follow company guidelines to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, help desk, or call center role (remote experience preferred).
- Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
Working Hours
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (CST) with flexibility depending on customer needs.
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts may be required based on business demands.

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Adaptability to different customer personalities and situations.
- Ability to learn and retain product/service knowledge quickly.
