Job Summary
Airport Jobs is seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Airline Call Center Associates. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, assisting them with flight bookings, itinerary changes, baggage inquiries, and general airline support. This is a fully remote position offering flexible shifts to accommodate various schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
- Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights.
- Provide information regarding flight status, baggage policies, and travel guidelines.
- Address customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
- Upsell airline services, including seat upgrades and loyalty programs.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Adhere to airline policies and industry regulations while assisting customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.

Experience

Working Hours
