Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with flight reservations, cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
  • Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and flight delays.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to online booking systems and mobile applications.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience
