Job Summary

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service via email and chat, assisting passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related concerns. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while ensuring passengers receive seamless support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
- Assist passengers with flight reservations, cancellations, modifications, and refunds.
- Address customer concerns regarding baggage policies, check-in procedures, and flight delays.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to online booking systems and mobile applications.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
- Uphold airline policies and ensure compliance with aviation industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multi-task and manage high-volume inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in typing (40+ words per minute) and experience using chat support tools.
- Strong technical aptitude to navigate airline systems and resolve basic IT issues.

- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline, travel, or hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in email and chat-based customer support is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is a plus but not required.
Working Hours
