Key Responsibilities:

• Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and cheque handling, accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.

Experience:
