Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions, inquiries, and services.
• Process customer applications for new accounts, loans, and other banking services.
• Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other routine banking transactions.
• Provide guidance on financial products and services.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
• Support branch operations and administrative tasks as required.
• Work as part of a team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Good numerical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in Hindi and English.

Experience

• No prior experience required (freshers welcome).
• Internship experience in banking, finance, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time position (Monday to Saturday).
• Standard banking hours (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on branch needs.
