We are hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMO) for ICU & Critical Care Units in leading hospitals. This role is ideal for MBBS doctors with a passion for critical care, emergency medicine, and patient management. As an RMO, you will work alongside intensivists, anesthetists, and nurses to provide life-saving care to critically ill patients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous medical support to critically ill patients in the ICU & CCU.
  • Monitor and manage ventilated patients, life-support systems, and emergency procedures.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, diagnose conditions, and initiate treatment protocols.
  • Assist in intubation, resuscitation, emergency procedures, and advanced cardiac life support.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient history, treatment, and progress.
  • Coordinate with ICU consultants, emergency physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Communicate with patient families regarding treatment plans and medical updates.
  • Maintain strict adherence to infection control, ICU protocols, and hospital regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
  • Valid medical registration/license (DHA/MOH/HAAD for UAE, MCI for India, GMC for UK, etc.).
  • 1-3 years of hospital experience (ICU/Critical Care/ER experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of critical care procedures, ventilator management, and emergency response.
  • Ability to work efficiently under high-pressure ICU environments.
  • Excellent clinical decision-making and patient management skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night duty, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in ICU, CCU, Emergency Medicine, or Anesthesiology.
  • Certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Proficiency in handling intubation, central line insertion, arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis, and dialysis support.
