We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential daily care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.

• Help with patient mobility, including transfers from beds to wheelchairs and positioning.

• Observe and report any changes in a patient physical or mental condition to the nursing staff.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Certification: Must hold a valid and active CNA Certification in the state of practice.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience: Previous experience in a long-term care facility, hospital, or home health setting is preferred.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy.

Technical Requirements:

• Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.

• Health Records: Proof of current TB test, Hep B series, and up-to-date immunizations.

• Documentation: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is a plus.

• CPR: Active BLS/CPR certification is required.

Work Details:

• Shift: Multiple shifts available (Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend).

• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options.

• Compensation: $22 – $28 per hour (Based on experience and shift differential).

• Mode: On-site (Healthcare Facility).
