Key Responsibilities

  • Handle international inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
  • Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer queries and concerns.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure clarity and resolution.
  • Update and manage customer databases accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to quality guidelines and service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in different time zones and handle international clients.
  • Experience in voice-based BPO roles is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, or related fields.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts, including night shifts, to align with international time zones.
  • Rotational weekly offs.
