Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring that best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing code and application performance.

• Work in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software development frameworks such as .NET, Angular, React, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of database technologies like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and development principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Solid understanding of web development technologies and protocols (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with distributed teams and in a remote work environment is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software solutions on time.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Flexible working hours with the requirement to be available for team meetings and collaboration during core business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
