Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a passionate, compassionate, and motivated Virtual Life Coach to join our team. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, offering guidance and support to individuals seeking personal growth, motivation, and goal achievement. As a Virtual Life Coach, you will empower clients to overcome obstacles, reach their potential, and create lasting positive change in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one virtual coaching sessions to clients, guiding them through challenges, helping them set goals, and providing personalized strategies to achieve their aspirations.
• Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to track client progress and adjust coaching methods accordingly.
• Support clients in identifying their strengths, developing self-confidence, and making decisions that lead to personal fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions, progress, and future goals.
• Stay up-to-date with coaching techniques, tools, and industry trends to offer the best support.
• Foster a positive and motivating virtual environment that encourages client engagement and trust.
• Provide clients with actionable steps and resources to help them stay on track with their personal goals.
• Collaborate with other professionals when necessary to enhance client outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certification or degree in Life Coaching, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Active listening and empathy to understand client needs and provide effective guidance.
• Ability to set clear goals, create actionable plans, and monitor progress.
• Proficient with virtual coaching platforms and technology (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Google Meet).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple client schedules.
• A positive and supportive attitude, with a passion for helping others succeed.

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience providing remote coaching or working with clients virtually is a plus.
• A track record of helping clients achieve measurable results or personal growth.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours with the ability to set your own schedule.
• Must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Sessions will be scheduled according to client needs, with a mix of daytime and evening availability.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of coaching techniques, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Time management skills to balance multiple clients and schedules.
• Proficiency in using online communication tools, email, and calendar management systems.
• Understanding of various personal development areas, such as career coaching, stress management, self-esteem, and life transitions.
