Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our team as Home-Based Insurance Sales Agents. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Prospect, identify, and generate new sales leads for insurance products (including life, health, auto, and home insurance) through various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance or financial services, is highly preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and present information clearly.
  • Customer-Centric: Ability to understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Licensed Agent (Preferred): Possession of a valid state insurance license or the ability to obtain one (depending on location).

  • Experience in working with customers remotely and using digital communication tools.

Working Hours:
