Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As part of our growing real estate division, you will be responsible for sourcing and generating high-quality leads for our clients in the U.S. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact on the success of our real estate clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target properties.
  • Utilize various lead generation strategies including online platforms, cold calling, and social media outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads based on specific client criteria and provide detailed information to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

Experience:

Working Hours:

  • This is a remote, full-time position.
  • Flexible working hours, with core hours being between 9 AM and 5 PM (U.S. Eastern Time) to accommodate client needs.
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required depending on lead generation campaigns.
