Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with planning, booking, and finalizing their cruise travel arrangements.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients preferences, budget, and travel goals.
• Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to cruise bookings.
• Communicate detailed information about itineraries, cruise ship amenities, pricing, and available promotions.
• Handle booking cancellations, modifications, and special requests efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring seamless booking experiences.
• Stay updated on cruise offerings, new ship arrivals, and seasonal promotions to provide clients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
