Key Responsibilities:

• Work remotely with clients to plan and book their dream vacations, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and excursions.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on clients preferences, budget, and desired travel experience.
• Stay up to date on the latest travel trends, new destinations, and industry changes to offer the best options to clients.
• Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the booking process, ensuring all their needs and preferences are met.
• Troubleshoot any issues or concerns that may arise during the planning or booking process and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring attention to detail and excellent customer service.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with travel vendors and suppliers to secure the best deals and offers for clients.
• Continuously follow up with clients after their trip to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

• Knowledge of popular vacation destinations, hotel chains, airlines, and travel services.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with online travel resources and platforms.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and using virtual communication tools.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry or a customer service-based role is preferred.
• Experience in vacation planning, booking, or coordinating travel for clients is a plus.
• Knowledge of popular destinations in the U.S. and international travel is desirable.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible hours.
• Must be available to work during core U.S. business hours, with occasional evening and weekend availability for clients in different time zones.
