Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive online language lessons for students of various proficiency levels.

• Monitor and evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach students of diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Familiarity with virtual classroom tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.).
• Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.

Experience:

• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Previous experience working with students of different ages and learning abilities will be beneficial.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours; you will be able to set your own schedule based on availability.

• Availability for evening and weekend classes is preferred, as many students may request tutoring during these times.
