Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking an experienced Virtual Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a Virtual Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for our diverse range of clients. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple job openings, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a successful recruitment strategy.
- Use various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment tools to source candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for client roles.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date candidate database.
- Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Provide regular status reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
- Experience with sourcing candidates across multiple industries, including but not limited to technology, finance, and healthcare.
- Familiarity with remote onboarding processes is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Must be available to work during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday), with occasional evening or weekend hours as required by client needs.

- Interviewing: Proficiency in conducting remote interviews and evaluating candidates fit for roles.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenges, negotiate, and find solutions to recruitment issues.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote working environment.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with recruitment software, video conferencing tools, and collaborative platforms.
