Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong ability to create visually appealing content. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that represent our brand, working closely with various teams to deliver design solutions that effectively communicate our messages to clients and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging graphics, including but not limited to logos, banners, websites, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create cohesive and effective design strategies.
• Develop layouts for print and digital formats, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and other design elements to support marketing initiatives.
• Ensure that all designs meet project requirements and deadlines, maintaining a high level of quality.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and make necessary improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and design best practices to continually improve skills and design output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including web, print, and digital designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
• Experience working with clients to deliver design solutions across different industries is a plus.
