Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to craft effective campaigns.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure success and identify improvement areas.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated on emerging platforms and tools to maximize engagement and reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to generate unique and engaging content.
• Basic graphic design skills; familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in a remote or virtual work setting is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule with a commitment of 20�30 hours per week.
• Occasional meetings may be required during business hours based on project needs.
