Job Summary:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of computers, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), software applications, and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customers facing technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of security protocols and data protection.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role or a similar customer service role.
  • Experience in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
  • Previous experience working remotely is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time, work-from-home position.
  • Standard working hours will be Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts based on customer needs.
  • Flexibility in shift scheduling may be required, including evening or night shifts.
