Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or IT help desk role.
  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote desktop tools is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
  • Freshers with relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are welcome to apply.

Working Hours
