Job Summary
Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Agents. This is a fully remote position where you will handle customer inquiries, provide outstanding support, and resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and courteously.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center roles preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, virtual call center, or similar roles.
