Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute initiatives to improve operational efficiency across fulfillment processes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Develop, implement, and maintain continuous improvement strategies and processes within the fulfillment department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, inventory management, customer service) to identify bottlenecks and drive systemic changes.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor fulfillment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct data analysis and leverage insights to optimize workflows, resource allocation, and overall fulfillment processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis for operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Coach and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Develop and deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership regarding fulfillment performance and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations in all aspects of fulfillment operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operational excellence, process optimization, or continuous improvement, preferably in a fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making.
• Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex data to a variety of audiences.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with relevant software tools in fulfillment management.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a leadership role within a fulfillment or logistics environment.
• Experience leading and implementing change management initiatives within a fulfillment or distribution setting is preferred.
• Proven success in optimizing operational workflows, reducing inefficiencies, and driving cost savings.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours.
• Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required, especially during peak fulfillment periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of fulfillment and logistics processes.
• Knowledge of lean methodologies and process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of influencing others and driving results.
• Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or other fulfillment technology systems.
