Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses to inquiries.
- Manage and resolve client concerns, complaints, and requests efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing support, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Track client interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to client retention strategies by delivering personalized service and proactive solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting performance metrics, and offering recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better advise clients and improve service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and nurturing client relationships to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Experience with client communication tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with the industry and business trends is an advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time).
- Occasional flexibility required based on client needs or special projects.

- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
- Proficient in managing time and priorities to meet deadlines.
