Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content (text, images, videos, and comments) across Disney online platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines and policies.
• Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content while maintaining a balanced and objective approach.
• Respond to flagged content promptly and efficiently, prioritizing user safety and brand reputation.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer support, legal, and community managers) to address complex content issues or escalations.
• Stay updated on Disney brand standards, community guidelines, and industry best practices for content moderation.
• Provide feedback and suggest improvements to content moderation tools, workflows, and processes.
• Prepare reports on moderation trends, flagged content, and key insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in content moderation, online community management, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and systems.
• Strong written communication skills and fluency in English.
• Understanding of Disney values, brand voice, and family-friendly ethos.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
