As a Content Moderator, you will review, assess, and monitor user-generated and product-related content to ensure compliance with Wayfair policies. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contribute to process improvements, and provide feedback to enhance our platform user experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content, including product descriptions, images, reviews, and comments, ensuring compliance with Wayfair guidelines.

• Identify and remove content that violates policies, such as inappropriate, misleading, or offensive material.

• Communicate effectively with other teams to report recurring content issues and provide suggestions for policy or process updates.

• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or management as necessary.

• Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and decisions.

• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on policy changes and best practices.

• Meet performance targets, such as review accuracy and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make objective decisions.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications and online tools.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and focus.

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields.
