As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will receive hands-on training in essential analytical skills, business processes, and industry best practices. After successful completion of the training program, you will be placed into a role with one of our partner organizations to apply your skills in a real-world setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to assess current business processes and identify improvement areas.
- Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and business analysis documentation.
- Support data collection and analysis to provide insights for decision-making.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure requirements are clearly understood and documented.
- Help with the development and presentation of business solutions to clients.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Contribute to the design and testing of business solutions and system enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data analysis and process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the business analysis field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Jira, or similar).
- Basic understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
- Any internships or coursework related to business analysis or IT management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or project management tools is a plus.
