The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and passionate Rep, Customer Experience - Outbound to join our growing team. This fully remote position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to provide top-tier customer service. As an outbound representative, you will connect with existing and prospective customers to offer solutions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. A successful candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, with a proven ability to engage customers and provide an exceptional service experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to current and prospective customers to address inquiries, offer services, and resolve any issues.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about products and services in both Spanish and English.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Record customer interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly KPIs and service goals.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and updates to accurately assist customers.
  • Work within the Central Standard Time (CST) shift schedule to ensure coverage during required business hours.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in an outbound or inbound call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer experience or telesales roles.
  • Bilingual proficiency in additional languages.
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting with minimal supervision.

Job Type and Location:

  • Type: Full-time, Remote
  • Location: Work-from-home (must be able to work within the Central Standard Time Zone).
